Bullying This chapter has been updated, new links have been added into Section 6, Further Information.
Protecting Children Who Move Across Local Authority Borders A note has been added into Section 10, Transfer of Children in Receipt of Child in Need Services (not child protection or looked after). The revised Working Together to Safeguard Children emphasises the importance that where a child in need has moved permanently to another local authority area, the original authority should ensure that all relevant information (including the child in need plan) is shared with the receiving local authority as soon as possible.
